Child Trends hired E11 to redesign their site and to create and execute multiple marketing strategies and campaigns.  Child Trends is the nation’s leading research organization focused exclusively on improving the lives of children and youth, especially those who are most vulnerable.

The Challenge

The Child Trends website had gone through many iterations over time and was in need of a cleanup to consolidate and streamline their page designs. In addition, CT wanted to update the look and feel of their primary landing pages that receive the most traffic and optimize page load speeds to help with user retention and SEO ranking. The updates were needed to help both the audience and the administrative team with ongoing maintenance.

The Outcome

E11 cleaned up and consolidated a lot of the CMS functions that were leading to a cluttered dashboard. A fresh, new design was implemented for the homepage and a modular page builder was created to streamline the interior landing pages with a consistent, clean design. Page load performance was optimized by configuring the server to load WebP images and removing render-blocking resources.
