What it is

A complete website. Plus the work that makes it grow.

Most small businesses end up piecing it together themselves. A site here, a marketing freelancer there, hosting through someone else, then crossing fingers. Launchpad gives you all of it for one monthly price.

A website built around your business.

Not a template you wrestle into shape. We design and build a site that fits your business, your customers, and how people actually find you.

Organic growth, built in.

Search optimization, content production, local SEO, and conversion tracking, all wired up at launch. The engine that brings customers to your site, working from day one.

Hosting, security, and updates, handled.

Enterprise-grade hosting, automated backups, security patches, daily monitoring. Plus real-time site health and analytics right in your dashboard.

No meeting marathons.

We collect what we need through a guided onboarding flow. You review and approve updates from your phone, on your schedule. Your time stays yours.

How it stacks up

The three (and a half) ways to get a website built.

Most small businesses end up choosing between a template they have to wrestle into shape, a freelancer who disappears after launch, or an agency that costs more than they can justify. Here's how Launchpad compares to all of them.

Build process

Built around your time, not ours.

One dashboard. Async updates. An SMS or email when something needs your eyes. No ten-stakeholder meetings, no inbox archaeology, no "we'll get back to you next sprint."

  1. Week 1

    Onboarding without a kickoff call.

A guided intake in your Launchpad dashboard, taken whenever works for you. Audience, goals, brand voice, content sources — captured in about thirty minutes, async. Our team follows up with clarifying questions in the same dashboard.

    Traditional agency
Ninety-minute kickoff call. Then a Notion doc. Then a Slack channel.
    Launchpad
One guided form. Done on your phone, on the train.
  2. Week 1–2

Design iterations land in your account.

Each design lands in your Launchpad dashboard with a note from the team and what to focus on. You get a text or email. Click in, scrub through, drop comments anywhere — on a couch, on a coffee break, whenever the moment fits.

    Traditional agency
Weekly design review meeting. Round up ten people. “Let's circle back next week.”
    Launchpad
Async inline comments. Same-day responses. No calendar Tetris.
  3. Week 2–3

Staging build, comment anywhere, same-day responses.

As soon as your staging site is up, the link lands in your dashboard. Click any page, drop a comment anywhere — on a heading, an image, a button. We respond same day.

    Traditional agency
Screenshare review. “Send us your feedback.” Two weeks later, an updated build.
    Launchpad
    Browse, comment, refine. Same day.
  4. Week 3–4

Launch. Then the platform flips to monitoring mode.

You're live. Your dashboard switches into monitoring and optimization mode. Performance, accessibility, security patches, SEO health — all watched continuously. The wins land in your inbox. The warnings get fixed before they reach you.

    Traditional agency
“Site's live. Good luck. Call us next time you need something.”
    Launchpad
Your site keeps getting better while you sleep.

Included in the membership

One monthly price. Everything you'd otherwise piece together.

WP Engine enterprise hosting

Same infrastructure as ESPN, Yelp, and Asana. 99.99% uptime, global CDN, automatic scaling. You'll never see a 'site temporarily unavailable' page.

Support in your dashboard

Drop a request in your Launchpad account and get a response, usually within a business day. Our team handles the work that needs hands. Routine questions get answered immediately by a built-in assistant trained on your site. Either way, no phone tag, no inbox archeology.

Forms and integrations that actually work

Gravity Forms with HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and email handlers, wired up the first time. Real lead capture without DIY plumbing.

SEO and analytics, configured right

Yoast SEO and Google Analytics 4 set up at launch. Schema markup, sitemaps, conversion tracking, search console, all done. You inherit a site that ranks.

Daily backups, one-click restore

Nightly snapshots with 30-day history. If a page gets deleted or an edit breaks the layout, we roll it back in seconds.

Security, handled

SSL, firewall, malware scanning, security patches. The boring stuff that breaks neglected sites, quietly maintained, never your problem.

Performance and accessibility, monitored

Core Web Vitals tracked weekly. WCAG accessibility audited continuously. We see regressions before you do, and fix them before they cost you traffic.

Continuous improvements

New blocks, speed wins, accessibility upgrades. They land on your site without a change order. Your site gets better while you sleep.

Questions we hear a lot

Frequently asked.

How does ownership work?

You own your content, your brand assets, and your domain. The Launchpad platform itself stays with us, but everything that's yours is yours. If you ever leave, we'll hand off your content and assets so you can take them somewhere else.

Is this just a template I can't change?

No. Every Launchpad site is custom-designed for the business it's built for. The "shared platform" part is the infrastructure underneath: hosting, security, performance, and the tools we use to build and maintain. What you see and how it works is built around you.

Do we have weekly check-in calls?

No. We designed Launchpad around busy owners who don't have time for meetings. Updates happen in your dashboard. You'll get an email or text when something needs your review, you click the link, and you can approve or comment from your phone in a few minutes.

Can I install plugins?

Plugin requests go through our team to make sure they're secure, supported, and won't slow your site down. Most common integrations are already wired in (forms, CRMs, email tools, analytics). If you need something specific, just ask.

What if I need something Launchpad doesn't do?

Tell us. Launchpad covers what most small businesses need to grow online. If something falls outside the platform, our sister team at E11 handles custom builds and can quote it separately.

What happens if I want to leave?

You can leave anytime, no long contracts. We hand off your content and brand assets so you can take them somewhere else. The Launchpad platform itself doesn't come with you, but everything that's yours, you keep.

Who actually hosts the site?

WP Engine, the same enterprise hosting infrastructure used by sites like ESPN, Yelp, and Asana. We manage the relationship and the configuration. You never log into a server.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes. Launchpad works the same way for nonprofits as it does for any business. The one extra: if you're managing a Google Ad Grant, our team has run 100+ Grant campaigns and we can add Grant management to your account.

Be first in line.

We’re opening Launchpad to a small group of early customers first so we can build the experience around real businesses. Join the waitlist for priority access (first come, first served) and a locked-in $249/mo for your first year (save $50/mo).
