Build

Launch

How does ownership work?
Your domain stays yours. Your content stays yours. The site itself runs on Launchpad — the same way a Squarespace or Wix site runs on theirs. The difference is that Launchpad is a custom-designed site, built around your goals, on a platform we maintain. That's how we ship every improvement to every client without sending a change order.
Is this just a template I can't change?
No. Every Launchpad site is custom-designed and custom-built. The patterns, layouts, typography, and color system are made for your organization, not pulled from a shared library. What we share across clients is the platform underneath — the theme framework, hosting, and managed infrastructure. The site you see is yours alone.
Can I install plugins?
No — and that's intentional. Every plugin installed on a WordPress site is a maintenance burden, a performance hit, and a potential security hole. We've taken that off the table. Anything a plugin would normally provide — forms, SEO, analytics, CRM integrations, custom post types, scheduling — gets built directly into the Launchpad framework. That's the whole point: every Launchpad site stays fast, secure, accessible, and consistent without you (or us) chasing plugin updates forever.
What if I need something Launchpad doesn't do?
Launchpad covers what a high-converting marketing website needs: pages, blog, case studies, forms, SEO, analytics, and the integrations that actually drive revenue. If your project needs something fundamentally outside that scope — a custom application, a multi-brand or multi-site rollout, a heavy third-party integration — that's an Enterprise or Custom Work engagement, not a Launchpad site. What happens if I want to leave?
Your domain stays yours. We can export your content (posts, pages, media) and hand it over so you can rebuild on whatever platform you'd like. The Launchpad design system, hosting, and managed infrastructure stay with us — the same way you'd leave a Squarespace plan and rebuild elsewhere. No exit fee. If you come back, the door's open.
Who actually hosts the site?
WP Engine, managed by us. They handle the server, CDN, and infrastructure. We handle the platform that runs on top. Your monthly membership covers both.
