Live in 2 to 4 weeks.
From kickoff call to launch, your site is in the world fast. One focused round of feedback on the homepage. One across the rest of the site. Async by default.
Hosted, secured, maintained.
Enterprise WP Engine hosting. Daily backups. Security patches. Performance and accessibility monitored continuously. The boring stuff that breaks neglected sites, handled.
Scales with your business.
Start light to keep your site online. Add ongoing care or active marketing as you grow. Premium features like membership portals, LMS, and events are ready when you need them.
How it works
Async by design. Live in two to four weeks.
A focused kickoff. A style guide instead of mood boards. One round of revisions per phase. Two short calls. The rest happens over email and async review.
-
Week 1
Kickoff call. Style guide, not mood boards.
Thirty minutes on video. Goals, audience, brand voice, content sources. Within the same week, you get a style guide showing your design system applied to your site. No mood boards. No wireframes. Real design from day one.
Content and brand assets due by the end of kickoff week.
- Traditional agency
- Ninety-minute kickoff. Mood boards. A week of "discovery." Then a Notion doc and a Slack channel.
- Launchpad
- Thirty-minute call. Style guide in your inbox. On to design.
-
Week 1–2
Homepage design. The blueprint for everything else.
You get the homepage to review on any device. Click anywhere to drop a comment. Every button, section, and layout we set here becomes a reusable component the rest of the site is built from. Spend your feedback budget here.
One round of homepage revisions. 48 business hours to send feedback.
- Traditional agency
- Unlimited revisions, drifting weeks. Move it two pixels left. Then two pixels right.
- Launchpad
- One consolidated round. Real decisions.
-
Week 1–2
Interior pages. Designed from the homepage blueprint.
With the homepage approved, we design the rest of the pages your site needs. Every button, section, and pattern from the homepage carries through, so the system stays cohesive. We send the designs over for one round of feedback.
One round of revisions across the interior pages. 48 business hours to send feedback.
- Traditional agency
- Designs trickle out one page at a time for weeks. The build drags on after.
- Launchpad
- All design approved before we touch code.
-
Week 2–4
Build, launch, then quiet, ongoing care.
Once all designs are approved, we develop the full site in one pass. A thirty-minute pre-launch walkthrough, then we push to production. From there, your site keeps running. Hosting, backups, security patches, and accessibility checks happen in the background.
- Traditional agency
- "Site’s live. Good luck. Call us next time you need something."
- Launchpad
- Your site keeps getting better while you sleep.

How it stacks up
The three (and a half) ways to get a website built.
Most small businesses end up choosing between a template they have to wrestle into shape, a freelancer who disappears after launch, or an agency that costs more than they can justify. Here's how Launchpad compares to all of them.
| Criterion | DIY Builders Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy | Freelancer Local hire, Upwork | Traditional Agency Yes, this is E11 | Launchpad Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | $0 | $2k–$5k | $15k–$50k+ | $1,500 |
| Monthly cost | $20–$50 | None (you handle hosting) | $1k–$5k+ | $99–$499 |
| Time to launch | Weeks of your time | 1–3 months | 3–6 months | 2–4 weeks |
| Built around your business | Template you fit into | Usually | Yes | Yes |
| SEO and ongoing growth | Not included | Not included | Add-on, often separate | Built in |
| Hosting, security, updates | Included (limits) | You handle it | Yes | Yes |
| Support after launch | You're on your own | Mostly on your own | Yes | Yes |
| Day-to-day communication | You're on your own | Email back-and-forth | Meetings, calls, emails | One dashboard, async |

Questions we hear a lot
Frequently asked.
What's the difference between Launchpad and Eleven11 Group?
Both are real options. Use this as the test.
Launchpad fits when you:
- Are fine with an async build and consolidated feedback inside the 48 business hour windows. One round on the homepage, one on the rest.
- Are happy to have E11 own, host, and maintain the build while you keep content, brand, and domain.
- Want one bundle: build, hosting, marketing, support at a predictable monthly cost.
- Can put one decision-maker on it and move fast. Launch in weeks, not months.
Eleven11 Group fits when you:
- Need to own the codebase outright, no platform arrangement.
- Want to host and maintain it yourself or with another provider.
- Need an open-ended timeline with synchronous, meeting-heavy collaboration.
- Want a strategic partner with scope flexibility, dictating the roadmap.
- Need something genuinely outside the platform: complex custom integrations, e-commerce at scale, or custom software.
What if I need something Launchpad doesn't do?
Launchpad covers what most small and mid-sized businesses need: marketing sites, content sites, member portals, LMS, events, and storytelling pages (the last few via the Pro add-on). If you need complex custom integrations, e-commerce at scale, or custom software, our team at Eleven11 Group handles those as a separate custom engagement. We can route you there during the kickoff call.
Can I switch from Launchpad to a custom E11 build later?
Yes. You own your content, brand assets, and domain. If your needs outgrow Launchpad, we can scope an Eleven11 Group engagement that migrates your content into a fully custom build with no platform lock-in.
What's the Pro features add-on?
Pro is a $249/mo add-on (or $2,490/yr) that pairs with any monthly tier. It unlocks premium functionality: a membership portal with gated content, a learning management system, events with registration and ticketing, immersive storytelling pages (annual reports, campaign showcases), A/B testing, and priority support. You can add it at launch or anytime later.
Pro is intentionally separate from the service tiers because they're independent decisions. A course creator with their own audience might want LMS without active marketing — they'd pick Foundation + Pro. A small business doubling down on growth picks Growth, with or without Pro.
Monthly or annual billing?
Both. Pay monthly to stay flexible, or pay annually and get about 17% off (effectively two months free) on any tier and on the Pro add-on. You can switch from monthly to annual anytime.
How do revisions work?
One round of revisions on the homepage. One round across the rest of the site. 48 business hours to send feedback in each window. Anything beyond that, or added after launch, we quote as a simple flat fee. No hourly meter, no surprises. The specifics live in your service agreement.
How does ownership work?
You own your content, brand assets, and domain. We own and maintain the WordPress site itself, host it, and keep it healthy. Think of it like Squarespace or Wix: we run the platform, your content lives on it, and your domain points at it. If you ever leave, you take your content, brand assets, and domain with you.
Is this just a template I can't change?
No. Every Launchpad site is fully custom designed for your business. What makes it affordable is our process and the shared infrastructure underneath, not a cookie-cutter template. Everything visitors see and interact with is built around you, and your team can edit any of it through the WordPress full site editor.
Do we have weekly check-in calls?
No. Two calls: a 30-minute kickoff and a 30-minute pre-launch walkthrough. Everything else happens async over email and our design review tool. We email you when something needs your eyes. You scrub through the design or staging site on any device and drop comments.
Can I install plugins?
Plugin requests go through our team to make sure they're secure, supported, and won't slow your site down. Most common integrations are already wired in (forms, CRMs, email tools, analytics). If you need something specific, just ask.
What happens if I want to leave?
No long contracts. If you pay monthly, just give us notice and your plan ends at the close of that billing period. If you pay annually, your plan runs to the end of the prepaid term and does not renew. Annual payments are not refunded for the remaining time.
Either way, you take your content, brand assets, and domain with you. We keep the WordPress build itself, just like Squarespace or Wix would. We'll help you export everything and point your domain wherever you want.
Who actually hosts the site?
WP Engine, the same enterprise hosting infrastructure used by sites like ESPN, Yelp, and Asana. We manage the relationship and the configuration. You never log into a server.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes. Launchpad works the same way for nonprofits as it does for any business. The one extra: if you're managing a Google Ad Grant, our team has run 100+ Grant campaigns and we can add Grant management to your account.
