These terms cover the use of e11group.com (the “Site”) itself — nothing more. They are not a contract for E11 Group’s services. If we’re working together on a project, the Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) you sign is the governing document, not this page.

1. Ownership

Everything on this Site — copy, design, code, images, case studies, the Launchpad platform, and the E11 Group name and logos — belongs to Eleven11 Group, LLC or its licensors. Don’t republish our content, reuse our case studies, or copy our designs without permission. If you’d like to quote or reference something, email us and we’ll usually say yes.

2. No warranty

We keep the Site available and accurate as best we can, but we make no guarantees. Content is provided as-is. We’re not liable for anything that happens because you relied on something you read here. If you have a project with us, your SOW covers the commitments we’ve actually made — this page doesn’t.

3. Third-party links and embeds

The Site includes links to third-party sites and embeds from services like Google Analytics, HubSpot, CookieYes, and LinkedIn. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Our Privacy Policy lists the ones we use and how they collect data.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute about this Site ever goes to court, it goes to state or federal courts in Pennsylvania.

5. Changes

We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top.
