Accessibility Statement

E11 Group is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people using assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we continue to test, measure, and improve.

1. What we do

• Design every component on the Launchpad platform with color contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader support in mind.
• Test with axe, Lighthouse, and manual keyboard-only walkthroughs before every release.
• Ship accessibility improvements to every Launchpad site as part of the monthly membership, not as a separate project.
• Audit third-party embeds (forms, maps, videos) for accessibility before including them.

2. Known limitations

Some content on this site relies on third-party services (analytics, video players, social embeds) whose accessibility we don’t fully control. We work to minimize these surfaces and replace them with accessible alternatives where possible.
