White label WordPress development

Development that ships under your agency’s name

You sell the strategy, the design, and the client relationship. We build what sits behind it, from your files and on your schedule, and we stay out of sight unless you ask us in.

The developer behind a lot of agency work

White label WordPress development is most of what we do for other agencies. A partner hands us a Figma file, a brief, and a deadline. We hand back a custom WordPress site on a staging server they can show their client, already checked against the design before anyone outside our two teams sees it.

We run a full agency ourselves, so we know what the job looks like from your side. Your client wants one point of contact and one invoice. They don’t want to hear that the developer is backed up, or that a plugin conflict ate the launch date. Our job is to make sure you never have to tell them either.

Every theme is hand-coded the same way we build for our own clients, with no page builders and no purchased themes, and with an editor simple enough for your client’s staff to manage after launch.

What agencies hand off to us

WordPress is the bulk of it. The rest of our white label web development covers the work that usually sends an agency looking for a second vendor.

Custom WordPress builds

Full sites and microsites built from your designs, plus refreshes of sites we built for you earlier. Custom post types, custom blocks, and the integrations your client already runs on, from CRMs and donation platforms to forms and marketing automation.

Overflow development

When your own developers are booked, we take the tickets they can’t get to: new templates, landing pages, plugin updates, bug fixes, and the occasional code repair on a site someone else built.

Shopify builds

Theme builds and storefront customization for your ecommerce clients, scoped and quoted the same way as our WordPress work.

Banners and HTML email

Display banner sets in every size the media plan calls for, and HTML email templates tested across email clients and your ESP. Recurring production runs on a flat rate per set, so a monthly refresh never needs a new quote.

Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps for the client whose project has outgrown a website. We scope these one at a time.

Hosting, maintenance, and accessibility

We can host and maintain the sites we build for you, billed to you, and run accessibility audits on your clients’ sites when a compliance question lands on your desk.

How white label WordPress development works with us

You choose how much of us your client sees. Most partners keep us invisible: you own the relationship, every request comes through you, and nobody at E11 contacts your client. Some bring us onto calls as part of their team, and some prefer to co-brand. Decide client by client, and change your mind whenever you like.

Builds get a fixed quote, scoped by the size of the site rather than a named list of pages, so swapping one page for another never reopens the price. Anything genuinely new is a change order at our partner hourly rate, which sits below the rate our direct clients pay. What you charge your client is your business. We never see that invoice.

If your team designs, we build. If you’d rather we design too, we quote both and you pick.

Recent partner work

Our partners’ clients mostly don’t know we exist, so we don’t name them. This is the shape of what agencies send us.

Pharmaceutical brands

HCP and patient websites for several prescription brands, built from the agency’s designs and kept current through quarterly update rounds, along with formulary kits, launch emails, and banner sets.

A senior living community

A health center website built from the agency’s Figma and checked against it before the client saw a page, plus a year-long series of HTML emails through 2026.

A microsite platform for an agency

A reusable microsite theme one agency has used since 2022 to launch sites for its own clients, from accounting firms to manufacturers. In 2026 we also audited one firm’s three sites for accessibility.

An auto dealer group

Display banners refreshed every month, five sizes per set, billed per set as the agency orders them.

A custom home builder

Paid search for an agency’s home builder client. We run the campaigns and spec the landing page changes, and the agency’s own team makes them on the site.

From your files to your client’s launch

01

Brief and quote

Send the designs, or the brief if you want us designing too. You get a fixed quote and a schedule back before any work starts.

02

Build on staging

We build on a password-protected staging site you can put in front of your client whenever you’re ready to.

03

Check it against the design

Before your client sees anything, we compare the build to your design file at every breakpoint, test it across browsers, and run accessibility checks.

04

Launch and after

We launch on your date and fix anything that surfaces in the 30 days after. From there we can host and maintain the site, or hand it to whoever you choose.

Common questions

Will our client know you built it?

Only if you tell them. There’s no E11 credit anywhere on the site, and we don’t contact your client unless you’ve asked us to.

Do you work from Figma?

Yes, it’s what most partners send us. We check the build against the file before your client sees it, so the design your client approved is the site they get.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, and a non-solicitation agreement covering your clients.

Who owns the code?

That’s your call. The code goes to your agency or straight to your client, whichever your agreement with them says. It’s standard WordPress, so it can move to any host.

Can you work on a site another developer built?

Yes. Overflow tickets and code repair on other people’s sites are a regular part of the job. We’ll tell you what we find before we start changing anything.

Got a project your team can’t fit in?

Tell us what’s on your plate. We’ll tell you what it costs and when it ships, and you decide whose name goes on it.
