The Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida has distributed nearly $100 million in conservation grants since 1994 and supports 284,000 children and teens annually through its youth conservation network. E11 built the digital home that makes three decades of conservation work visible, transparent, and actionable.

The Challenge
The Foundation runs multiple programs simultaneously — grant-making, specialty license plates, youth conservation centers, invasive species work, reef restoration — and each has its own audience. The site had to present all of it without overwhelming donors, grant applicants, or the general public looking to support Florida wildlife.

What We Did
An interactive grants map surfaces funded projects across the state; a specialty license plate portal routes visitors to four different plate programs; conservation storytelling runs through a video gallery, the “Deep Dive” blog, and funded-project case studies. NeonCRM powers the donation portal and a branded e-commerce shop runs alongside.
