The U.S. Helsinki Commission (Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe) is an independent government agency that monitors compliance with OSCE commitments on human rights, military security, and economic cooperation across 57 countries. E11 Group built the digital platform for the Commission’s public-facing work.
The Challenge
The Commission needed to make a vast archive of hearings, briefings, articles, and press releases navigable and current, while serving both congressional commissioners and the general public.

Content-rich government website organizing the Commission’s work across structured content types for briefings, hearings, press releases, articles, and publications. Commissioner profiles, OSCE educational content, and issue-based navigation.
