The Medical School for International Health (MSIH) at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev is a unique medical school that incorporates global health components into all four years of the M.D. curriculum. E11 Group redesigned the site and rebuilt its architecture to support a single, critical user journey: getting qualified applicants from discovery to application.
The Challenge
A dated site and branding that did not reflect the caliber of the program. Bloated navigation forced prospective applicants through too many clicks to find the information they needed. User flows were slow and unclear, and the site did nothing to differentiate MSIH from the dozens of other medical school websites competing for the same pool of globally-minded applicants.
What We Did
Redesigned architecture and visual identity with one job: drive applications. Information for prospective applicants is now clearly organized so candidates can evaluate the program and reach the apply flow in two or three clicks. The content hierarchy prioritizes what matters most to the decision: curriculum structure, global health rotations, student outcomes, and the application timeline.
