E11 delivered the official digital presence for U.S. Representative Barry Loudermilk’s congressional office, a House.gov-compliant site serving constituents across Georgia’s 11th District.

The Challenge

Balance the structural demands of federal government web standards with a clear, approachable experience for constituents who need help navigating federal agencies, requesting service academy nominations, or finding their way to district services. The site had to function as both a legislative record and a front door for casework.

What We Did

A constituent services portal handles federal agency casework intake, grant guidance, flag requests, and Capitol tour requests. Nomination workflows for service academies, submission portals for the Congressional Art Competition and App Challenge, an internship application, a “Week in Review” newsletter archive, and a secure constituent contact form with district verification round out the office’s digital footprint.
