Riverside Park Conservancy partnered with E11 Group to redesign their outdated website and create a better experience for both park visitors and staff. The project centered on delivering a mobile-first design and a custom interactive map that makes it simple to find playgrounds, fields, and amenities from anywhere in the park. The result is a site that’s faster, easier to use, and better aligned with the Conservancy’s mission.

The Challenge
The old site was slow, hard to manage, and confusing for the people it was built to serve. An outdated design and a clunky map frustrated users and drained staff resources every time someone needed to update content.
What We Did
We rebuilt the site mobile-first and introduced a custom interactive map that surfaces playgrounds, fields, restrooms, and amenities wherever a visitor happens to be in the park. Content was reorganized so park-goers find what they need in seconds and staff spend less time on maintenance.
