The National Science and Technology Medals Foundation fosters connections between STEM excellence recipients and diverse college and high school students across the United States. E11 Group has served as NSTMF’s digital partner across web, video, and marketing, supporting a platform that reaches nearly 2 million annual site visitors.
The Challenge
Competing messages, poor performance, limited admin functionality, and a dated architecture were holding back an organization whose audience spans laureates, educators, donors, and millions of student visitors. The site needed to serve multiple distinct audiences without compromising the Foundation’s core mission of making STEM excellence accessible and inclusive.
What We Did
Audience research on nearly 2 million annual visitors informed a comprehensive UX strategy. We redesigned the information architecture, tightened content governance, executed technical optimizations, and upgraded hosting. Beyond the web platform, E11 has produced video packages for InStem+, USPTO, Georgia Tech, and Cato at Howard, extending the Foundation’s storytelling reach into multimedia.
