The Orthopaedic Diversity Leadership Consortium (ODLC) is a national network of clinicians and executives driving health equity, leadership development, and system-level change in healthcare. E11 Group built the digital presence and runs an ongoing marketing engagement that has expanded the organization’s reach through SEO, content strategy, and custom landing pages for new program verticals.
The Challenge
ODLC needed a professional web platform to unify a national network of healthcare leaders around health equity initiatives. As the organization launched new verticals, like the Equity Leadership Institute, coaching services, and leadership workshops, each needed its own landing page, messaging, and user flow without fragmenting the site experience.
What We Did
WordPress site with ongoing marketing support. We built custom landing pages for each new program vertical (ELI, coaching, workshops), ran SEO campaigns including keyword research, meta optimization, and backlink building, redesigned their Constant Contact newsletter templates, and converted case study PDFs into web-native posts for better search visibility. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity provide ongoing performance data.
