How to Edit Pages in WordPress

The WordPress block editor is your main tool for managing page content. Once you’re comfortable with it, you can update almost anything on your site without any help.

What You’ll Learn

By the end of this guide you’ll know how to open any page for editing, add and rearrange content blocks, make text and image changes, and publish or schedule your updates.

Step 1: Log In to Your WordPress Dashboard

Go to yoursite.com/wp-admin and enter your credentials. If you don’t have login details, contact your E11 team.

Step 2: Navigate to the Page

In the left sidebar, go to Pages. Find the page in the list and click Edit. The block editor will open with your current page content loaded.

Step 3: Make Your Changes

Click directly on a heading, paragraph, or image to select it. A toolbar appears above with formatting options. Make your changes directly in the editor, then click the blue Update button to save.
