Breakthrough Accelerator is an 11-month program that funds and coaches innovation teams building solutions to improve adolescent sexual and reproductive health outcomes. E11 built the digital home that serves two audiences at once: applicant teams weighing the program’s commitment, and funders and partners tracking the cohort’s progress.
The Challenge
A federally funded public-health accelerator has to explain a complex multi-stakeholder program to applicants, make the case for participation, and reassure funders — all through a single, public website. The content model had to support a recurring application cycle while keeping past cohort stories front and center.
What We Did
A content-rich WordPress site structured around the application funnel: Apply, Who We Are, How It Works. Embedded cohort video testimonials and storytelling from the program’s first five teams ground the marketing copy in real outcomes. Multi-step application documentation with a clear timeline, a blog + FAQ architecture, and newsletter signup touchpoints throughout move applicants through the funnel. Funded by a $5,654,952 award from the federal Office of Population Affairs.
